Photos: ESPN's Marty Smith helps put the finishing touches on the Eye of the Tiger
The crew at Tiger Stadium got a little help preparing the field for UCLA on Friday as ESPN reporter Marty Smith stopped by to help paint the Eye of the Tiger at midfield in the hot Louisiana sun. With directions from Assistant Athletic Director of Operations Jon Pfeifer, Smith painted several yellow parts of the iconic LSU logo for a segment that aired on Sports Center in the afternoon.
