Four days after Hurricane Francine made landfall in Louisiana, fewer than 15,000 people across the state were still without power on Sunday morning, according to Entergy Louisiana.

Customers in St. James Parish and St. John Parish were expected to regain power on Sunday but those in Terrebonne Parish, which took the hardest hit from the storm, were expected to be restored by Monday evening.

On Sunday morning, about 11,800 customers in Terrebonne Parish were still without power, according to Entergy's outage map. So were 1,300 customers in Lafourche, 780 in Jefferson, 300 in St. James and 800 in St. John parishes.

Entergy said Hurricane Francine's winds damaged 815 utility poles, more than 190 transformers, about 1,300 spans of distribution wire and more than 650 crossarms.
