The ladies krewe of Victoria brought out its best at the annual ball and pageant on Friday, Feb.2.
The festivities took place at the Cajundome Convention Center in Lafayette. Queen Victoria XXX Shawn Thibodeaux wore a Tiffany blue gown adorned with stunning jewels, sequins, and pearls. Her Prince Albert Barry Semar wore matching Tiffany blue robes and a gorgeous crown.
Royalty represented the elegant movie stars that define that style. Brooke Fontenot dressed as Audrey Hepburn, Beverly Ruffin dressed as Grace Kelly, Sarabeth Martin as Jacqueline Kennedy, and Alexis Williams as Princess Diana.
After the pageant, guests danced the night away to the rockin’ good music of Louisiana Red. We always love this ball. The ladies of Victoria love to put on a good show and they did not disappoint.
